I received the following email from PeoplePC and as it turns out, their online tech help page has the wrong instructions for setting up Outlook Express to send mail. Their website states "The PeoplePC POP3 Server name is " which is INCORRECT. Thank You for your suggestions and my problem has finally been solved with a response from PeoplePC.
